  • A Critical Update: New York's New Mandatory Contingent Fee Retainer Rule

    Speakers Mitchell Borkowsky, Cliff Robert and Michael Ross will address the highly important and newly issued mandatory rules in the four Appellate Divisions concerning contingency fee provisions in personal injury and wrongful death cases. The discussion will focus on areas of clarity in the rules and areas of lack of clarity in the rules. The speakers will also address several other somewhat standard and helpful provisions, which lawyers may wish to include in their fee agreements.
